Thomas W. Mott

Tom joined Cramer & Anderson in 2010 and is an associate in the firm's New Milford and Litchfield offices. His practice areas include civil and commercial litigation, workers' compensation, personal injury, and real estate transactions. Tom represents individuals, businesses, and municipalities in various litigation matters including contract disputes, property disputes, debt collection actions, foreclosure prosecution and defense, land use & zoning matters, landlord-tenant disputes, creditor representation in bankruptcy court, and other complex litigation matters. Tom maintains an active workers' compensation practice, regularly appearing before the Connecticut Workers' Compensation Commission on behalf of clients who have suffered workplace injuries. Tom also represents buyers and sellers in residential and commercial real estate transactions, and as an agent for two well-known title insurance companies he is able to obtain appropriate title insurance coverage for clients.
