Christine Kane

Christine is a skilled litigation attorney who has handled medical negligence, personal injury, and workers' compensation matters for over 20 years. Prior to joining Pratcher Krayer, Christine worked for several regional law firms defending cases on behalf of healthcare providers, medical facilities, employers, and insurance companies. With her many years of knowledge as to how claims are defended, Christine serves a unique role at Pratcher Krayer in representing those who are injured. Christine’s background allows her to develop and implement a creative and effective litigation strategy particularly in situations where a defendant or insurance company attempts to deny a claim or make an offer that does not fully compensate an injured client. Before entering private practice in Delaware, Christine served as a judicial law clerk to Superior Court Judge Jan R. Jurden. She has also served as a member of the Delaware Superior Court Civil Rules Advisory Committee. Her experience with the Court and the Rules makes her an exceptional trial lawyer. She has also served as a Guardian ad litem with the Office of the Child Advocate. Over the years, Christine has been recognized as a Delaware “Rising Star” by Law & Politics magazine, and a "Top Lawyer in the State" by Delaware Today magazine. In her free time, Christine loves spending time with family and especially with her two young sons. Christine is a dedicated and compassionate advocate for those who are injured.
