Since graduating from Widener University-Delaware Law School cum laude in 1999, Tiffany A. Poole has focused her practice on family law and individual consumer bankruptcy. Her primary practice areas being Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 bankruptcies and Petitions for Protection of Abuse. She has been a frequent presenter on consumer bankruptcy topics to a wide variety of groups and professional organizations. She currently holds the position as President of the executive board for the Delaware Volunteer Legal Services and Librarian of the executive board for Melson-Arsht Inns of Court. Every year since 2010, she has been recognized by Delaware Today as a Top Bankruptcy Lawyer as chosen by other Delaware lawyers.
