Alan J. Landerman

Alan J. Landerman, a partner with Haliczer Pettis & Schwamm, focuses his practice on complex civil litigation, including medical malpractice, professional negligence, and products liability. Mr. Landerman attended Union College & University located in Schenectady, NY, where he received a bachelor's degree in political science and economics and graduated with honors in 1981. He received his law degree, with honors, from the University of Miami School of Law in 1984. Before joining the firm, he was a partner for more than 14 years with the law firm of Parker, Landerman & Parker, P.A., in Orlando, FL. Throughout his career, Mr. Landerman has been specially appointed as legal counsel in representing clients in product liability suits in numerous states outside Florida, including Maryland, South Carolina, Pennsylvania and Ohio. Mr. Landerman is admitted to The Florida Bar (1984). He is admitted to practice in the U.S. District Court for the Southern and Middle Districts of Florida, and the U.S. Court of Appeals, Eleventh Circuit.
