Alvaro C. Sanchez

Alvaro C. Sanchez joined the firm in 2013 and became a named partner in 2016. As an extremely active litigator, Mr. Sanchez specializes in trusts, probate and business litigation. His areas of practice also include general estate planning, Wills and Trusts, probate and trust administrations, business succession planning, sales and acquisitions of both real estate and businesses, general contracts and landlord-tenant relations. Mr. Sanchez also serves on the Board of Directors for a variety of charities, foundations and organizations, including the Cape Coral Animal Shelter and the Marian Respite Mission which is dedicated to Alzheimer’s relief. His community activities include representing Habitat for Humanity of Collier County, participating in the Chamber of Commerce, Harney Point of Cape Coral Kiwanis, the Cape Coral, Lee and Collier County Bar Associations, the Young Lawyers, Business Law, Real Property, Probate Law and Trial Lawyers Sections of the Florida Bar. Mr. Sanchez was born and raised in Wellington, Florida and has lived in SW Florida with his wife, Blair, and their two children since 2010. He is an avid outdoorsman, aviator, saltwater fisherman and sailor. Raised in a wonderfully large Cuban-American family, Mr. Sanchez is also fluent in both English and Spanish.
