Amanda Elizabeth Reagan "Amy" J.D., LL.M.

After more than a decade of legal practice in a large multinational law firm handling high-stakes disputes, Amy launched her law firm to help Florida clients proactively prepare for major life events. Amy helps clients design and implement their meaningful legacy goals. She designs plans for life's expected and unexpected events, including death, incapacity, charitable and business succession planning. Many estate planning clients want to avoid the often time consuming and costly probate court process in Florida by having a well-designed plan to efficiently and effectively transfer their assets at death (e.g., homestead property, investment real estate, savings, retirement accounts, family businesses and other business interests). Clients also proactively seek peace of mind in case they become permanently or temporarily incapacitated, so that their wishes are known and met by those that they trust most. Amy routinely helps clients achieve those estate planning goals using common planning tools - wills, trusts, advance medical directives, pre-need guardian declarations and powers of attorney. She similarly helps business owners and investors create and implement business succession planning that fits their goals and particular circumstances using a variety of techniques that are tailored to the client, which may include business organizations, operating agreements, irrevocable and revocable trusts, assignments of interest, and buy-sell agreements.
