Anne E. Hinds

Anne E. Hinds is an award-winning lawyer with years of experience in significant litigation and all aspects of family law practice. Anne started her legal career in the public service sector serving as both an Assistant Public Defender and Assistant State Attorney. Prior to joining Johnson Law Group, Anne worked at the nationally recognized litigation powerhouse of Boies, Schiller and Flexner LLP, performing and contributing to all phases of complex commercial litigation nationally, in both state and federal courts. As managing partner with Schwartz-White she has specialized in the family law practice areas of: Dissolution of Marriage Alimony Child Custody & Support Division of Property Modifications. Enforcement & Contempt Matters Mediation Paternity Prenuptial & Postnuptial Agreements Relocation Dependency Domestic Violence and Injunctions Anne has dedicated herself to pro bono work on behalf of children in foster care, and has been recognized by the Palm Beach County Legal Aid Society with the Juvenile Advocacy Award for over ten years consecutive years. Anne is also the recipient of the prestigious Legal Aid Society’s Individual Legacy Award and the Florida Bar President’s Award. In addition, Anne has and continues to mentor high school and college students.
