Brian Gabriel Sherman

Brian is a dedicated Jacksonville native, having graduated from Allen D. Nease High School before earning his undergraduate degree from the University of North Florida. He pursued his passion for law at Florida Coastal School of Law, where he earned his Juris Doctorate along with a specialized certificate in Family Law. Since being admitted to the Florida and Jacksonville Bar in 2018, Brian has developed a strong legal foundation across multiple practice areas. His primary focus is on family law, probate, and estate planning. Brian is known for his compassion, integrity, and commitment to fairness, qualities that are central to his family law practice. He has extensive experience in handling divorce, domestic violence protection cases, paternity establishment, time-sharing, relocation, and modification matters. Additionally, in estate planning, Brian is proficient in drafting, interpreting, and assessing the validity of wills and trusts, and he effectively addresses related legal issues such as will interpretation, executor duties, and beneficiary rights. Brian is proud to be a member of the Sermons Law team and is eager to advocate for the legal needs of his clients. Outside of his professional commitments, Brian enjoys spending time with his wife, Tiffany, and their two dogs. He looks forward to assisting you with your legal needs.
