Brian S. Bartley

Brian Bartley, Managing Partner of the firms Fort Myers office, represents clients throughout Southwest Florida. He practices exclusively in the areas of WorkersCompensation and Personal Injury. Prior to assuming his current position, he provided Workers Compensation defense to clients on the East Coast of Florida. Originally from Charleston, West Virginia, Brian graduated Phi Beta Kappa from the University of Miami with a B.A. in Political Science in 1991. After graduation, he served as chairman of a national student political organization and was listed in Who's Who in American Politics. Brian then attended the University of Miami School of Law, where he served as Research and Symposium Editor for the Inter-American Law Review. He graduated cum laude in 1996. He is a member of the Florida Bar Workers' Compensation Section. Brian resides in Cape Coral with his wife. He enjoys boating and scuba diving.
