Brigitte Jolliet

Brigitte Jolliet is a personal injury litigation attorney at Kogan & DiSalvo, P.A., where she advocates passionately for accident victims throughout Florida. A South Florida native, Ms. Jolliet combines rigorous legal training with real-world experience to deliver results with compassion, precision, and integrity. Ms. Jolliet earned her Juris Doctor from Georgetown University Law Center, graduating as a distinguished Blume Public Interest Scholar. Prior to law school, she completed her undergraduate studies magna cum laude at the Honors College of Florida International University and gained practical experience as a personal injury case manager—an early testament to her commitment to justice and client service. Her advocacy journey began with impactful work at Kristi House Children’s Advocacy Center, supporting survivors of exploitation and collaborating with the Miami Children’s Courthouse child trafficking division. In recognition of her contributions, she received the 2020 Champion for Children Award from the Child Welfare League of America. While at Georgetown, Ms. Jolliet developed policy expertise through clerkships and internships with the U.S. Senate Small Business Committee and U.S. Senator Marco Rubio’s office, where she later served as a legal policy advisor. In this role, she addressed critical issues ranging from criminal justice reform to constitutional law. Her legal insight further expanded at the National Governors Association, where she served as a legal policy analyst. There, she helped lead federal grant initiatives focused on juvenile justice reform and deflection-based alternatives to incarceration. Today, at Kogan & DiSalvo, P.A., Ms. Jolliet blends her multidisciplinary background in advocacy, policy, and litigation to guide clients through complex personal injury matters.
