He also acted as counsel for over 800 clients in a defective product litigation involving defective construction materials. Mr. Rothrock is also a licensed Florida residential building contractor with project management expertise in residential, commercial and marine site development and construction. He is a subject matter expert in defective products and construction defects and has testified as an expert in construction defect trials.
