Charles P. Vaughn

Charles P. Vaughn has over thirty-five years of experience as a criminal defense and family law attorney. Mr. Vaughn handles traffic, misdemeanor, felony, capital felony cases, and he is a death-qualified attorney for capital cases. He also handles all matters of family law, including: adoption, divorce, spousal support, premarital agreements, paternity, child custody, visitation, and child support. Since 1987, Mr. Vaughn has represented and advised individuals throughout Central Florida in Citrus, Sumter, Lake, Hernando, and Marion County. Mr. Vaughn represents clients at all levels of the Florida state and federal court system. Charles P.
