As a Prosecutor, Christian litigated hundreds of criminal cases for the State of Florida and was quickly promoted from the misdemeanor to the felony division in under seven months—a testament to his skill and tenacity in the courtroom. He has successfully argued motions and appeals and has tried numerous jury and non-jury cases involving charges ranging from DUI, BUI (boating under the influence), drug offenses, and domestic violence to grand theft, arson, robbery, battery, and attempted murder. His ability to see cases from both sides makes him an effective and strategic advocate for those accused of crimes. Before his time as a Prosecutor, Christian served as an intern for the Supreme Court of Florida, where he worked directly with the justices, analyzing petitions and advising on complex legal issues in both civil and criminal matters. Earlier still, as a DCF investigator, Christian handled child abuse and neglect cases, developing a deep understanding of family dynamics and the child welfare system. That investigative experience now serves him well in both family and dependency law cases, where protecting clients’ children and families is his top priority.
