Daniel A. Martinez

Dan Martinez is a Partner in the firm. He is Board Certified in Civil Trial by the Florida Bar. Mr. Martinez handles cases of first and third party tort, property, and contract claims including auto, PIP, personal injury, fraud, general liability and professional liability. Mr. Martinez has extensive trial experience, having completed over 100 civil jury trials including bad faith, spinal cord injuries, complex brain injury and wrongful death cases.
