David J. Day

David practices in the areas of Family Law, Estate Planning and Probate. He graduated from the University of South Florida in Tampa, FL. David and Sandra met while attending Thomas M. Cooley Law School in Lansing, MI in 1995. David has been practicing in the area of Family Law since he opened the law firm. He is a long time member of the Hernando County Bar Association. He has served on the Unlicensed Practice of Law Committee through The Florida Bar Association. David enjoys spending time family, fishing and golfing.
