David W. Sammons

David Sammons was born in Clearwater, Florida and has lived in Florida most of his life. He received his Bachelor’s Degree from Florida Southern College in 2004, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude. He continued his education at the Florida State University College of Law where he received his J.D. in 2008. David was admitted to the Florida Bar in 2008. David has served as a felony trial attorney, as well as a felony division chief for the State Attorney’s Offices in both the Twelfth and Tenth Judicial Circuits of the State of Florida. Now he practices primarily in the area of Worker’s Compensation Defense. David has two children and enjoys college football and donating his time to the Symphony Guild and other local organizations.
