Derek Di Scipio

Derek di Scipio is an Associate Attorney at Weinstein Legal and focuses on Personal Injury and Personal Injury Protection Litigation. Mr. di Scipio began his legal career at Florida Atlantic University where he majored in International Law. During his collegiate education Mr. di Scipio competed in two National Model United Nations (NMUN) Advocacy Competitions. Mr. di Scipio took the next step of his legal career and attended Nova Southeastern University Shephard Broad College of Law. Mr. di Scipio was heavily involved in the Legal community at his Law School. Specifically, he was President of the Student Bar Association and the Treasurer of Phi Alpha Delta Law Fraternity. He also focused his time at Nova pursuing advocacy where he was selected to be on the NSU Moot Court Society and NSU Trial Association. During his time in the NSU Trial Association, Mr. di Scipio competed in multiple Trial Competitions. Mr. di Scipio continued his pursuit of advocacy as a Certified Legal Intern at the Broward State Attorney’s Office where he successfully won multiple jury trials. Mr. di Scipio continues his love of advocacy at Weinstein Legal where he acts as a voice for his clients who are going through their most trying times.
