Destiny began her legal career at the 9th Judicial Circuit State Attorney’s Office, where she served as an Assistant State Attorney for three years. During her tenure, she prosecuted a wide range of criminal cases, honing her trial skills, case management expertise, and ability to navigate high-pressure legal environments with confidence and precision. In 2023, Destiny transitioned into civil litigation, joining Morgan & Morgan as a Premises Liability Attorney. There, she specialized in investigating and preparing premises liability claims, advocating for clients injured in accidents to secure fair compensation through meticulous case evaluation and strategic negotiation. Currently, Destiny serves as an Associate Attorney at RAK Law Firm, where she continues to leverage her experience in both criminal and civil law to deliver favorable results for clients.
