Edward Ray Warren Jr.

I am a member in good standing with the Florida Bar since February 9, 2012. I have almost exclusively practiced Tax Law and Tax Resolution since being admitted to the Florida Bar. I represent clients before the IRS for tax liabilities, audits, and other miscellaneous service. I am also able to represent clients before almost every state department of revenue or taxing authority. I am also actively involved in a local non-profit organization which is a "fundraising engine" for non-profits that serve vulnerable communities in Northeast Florida. I actively participate as a volunteer and member of the Board of Directors.
