Emily Fenker

Emily Fenker is a personal injury attorney with Morgan and Morgan. Born and raised in Metro Atlanta, Ms. Fenker graduated Cum Laude from The University of Georgia. She then moved to Florida and received her Juris Doctorate from Stetson University College of Law. During her time in law school, Ms. Fenker performed legal pro bono work at Gulfcoast Legal Services and served as an intern at the State Attorney's Office. Prior to joining Morgan and Morgan, Ms. Fenker worked in criminal defense, where she zealously fought for people who were up against a large system. She uses this passion for fighting for individuals to aggressively advocate for the injured. Ms. Fenker is a fierce trial attorney who focuses on obtaining the maximum recovery for her clients. She is proud to represent the people, not the powerful. When she's not in the courtroom, you can find Emily at the beach, on a boat, or anywhere her dog can come along.
