Eric R. Andeer

Mr. Andeer is a personal injury attorney located in the firm's St. Augustine, Florida office. He has represented only injured people from all walks of life his entire legal career. Mr. Andeer began his legal career with a respected local personal injury firm as a law clerk, and then as an attorney immediately after graduating from law school. He joined Morgan & Morgan in 2017 and handles personal injury claims, including car accidents, slip and falls, premises liability, and wrongful death. Mr. Andeer has helped to achieve settlements and jury verdicts in excess of $1 million. Mr. Andeer served as the as the Vice-Chair of the 2016 "Light the Night Walk" for the Jacksonville-area, organized and sponsored by the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, and is currently a board member of another local charity organization, the Child Cancer Fund. Mr. Andeer is married with two children and lives in the Jacksonville, Florida beaches area. He enjoys family time, beach time, the mountains, reading, and riding waves when he gets the chance.
