Eric S. Rosen

Eric Rosen has secured more than $100 million in jury verdicts for his clients in situations including wrongful death, personal injury, and catastrophic incidents. Along with his law school background and work in both public and private practice, Eric is also a graduate of one of the nation's top trial schools, the Trial Lawyers College, founded by Gerry Spence. This is an intensive three-and-a-half-week trial skills program held in Dubois, Wyoming, by top litigators and trial instructors from around the country. Eric thoroughly studied new trial procedures there, including jury selection, opening statements, direct and cross-examination, and closing arguments. He continues to utilize those skills today. Working as an accident lawyer in Fort Lauderdale, Eric has taught trial skills to attorneys nationwide while serving as a faculty member at the National Institute of Trial Advocacy. Additionally, he spends time educating high school students and law students in trial practice, product liability, and personal injury law.
