Ernesto Martinez Jr.

Ivy League educated attorney with over 37 years of experience, his expertise encompasses estate planning, trusts, wills & probate, and inheritance. Bilingual and Fluent in Spanish. He is both a licensed attorney and CPA with a Master of Taxation. Martinez is a member of The Florida Bar Real Property, Probate & Trust Law Section, and the Elder Law Section. He is a member of The Florida Bar and the Florida Institute of Certified Public Accountants. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He is also a member of the American Academy of Attorney-CPAs. Martinez earned his Master’s Degree in Taxation from Florida International University, his law degree from Columbia University School of Law, and his undergraduate B.B.A. degree in accounting, Cum Laude, from the University of Miami where he was a Henry King Stanford Scholar and graduated with a Certificate of Excellence. While attending UM he was a member of the university accounting, business and scholastic honor societies.
