Fredrick Robert Susaneck

Fredrick R. Susaneck, Esq., was an Assistant State Attorney for the 15th Judicial Circuit for six years, rising to the level of Felony Division Chief prior to becoming a private criminal defense lawyer, civil litigation and appellate advocate, representing individuals in Florida and throughout the nation. Mr. Susaneck has been lead counsel in over 1,000 trials and 450 administrative hearings, and is one of the few Florida attorneys qualified to represent indigent clients facing the death penalty for first-degree murder.
