Geoffrey Probst

Geoffrey Probst is a valued Partner at Lipcon, Margulies & Winkleman, P.A. Although he joined LM&W in recent years, Mr. Probst brings more than 17 years of focused experience in admiralty and maritime law to the firm. Mr. Probst has extensive experience representing both plaintiffs and defendants in matters involving injured or deceased passengers and crew members in cruise ship accidents. Earlier in his career, he served as the senior in-house litigator for a major cruise line. His experience on both sides of these claims provides him with a unique strategic advantage when advocating for accident victims in personal injury cases. In addition to his maritime practice, Mr. Probst has litigated numerous cases involving land-based personal injury and wrongful death claims.
