Gunter A. Fernandez

Gunter A. Fernandez is a trial attorney in the Fort Myers, Florida office. The focus of his practice is personal injury litigation. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Mr. Fernandez began his legal career at the Office of Criminal Conflict and Civil Regional Counsel where he had the honor to represent hundreds of Floridians in both criminal and dependency cases. As Regional Counsel, he honed his trial skills while litigating a variety of cases from Petit Theft to Murder. Having grown up in Southwest Florida, Mr. Fernandez has volunteered at many local events benefiting his community. After graduating magna cum laude from Florida Gulf Coast University, he went on to earn his Juris Doctorate degree from Ave Maria School of Law in Naples. At Ave Maria, Mr. Fernandez was a senior editor of the Law Review and was published by the University of Idaho, College of Law: Critical Legal Studies Journal. Mr. Fernandez is a bilingual attorney who is passionate in representing the people and motivated to help those in the Southwest Florida community.
