H. Randolph Klein

H. Randolph Klein is a transaction attorney focusing on real property, probate and commercial matters. He is an approved agent for Attorney’s Title Insurance Fund, First American Title Insurance Company and Commonwealth Land Title Insurance Company. Mr. Klein received his BBA (cum laude) from Stetson University in 1973, and received his JD (with honors) from the University of Florida in 1976. While at the University of Florida he was invited to become a member of the Law Review and is a member of the Order of the Coif. Mr. Klein is a U.S. Army veteran. Mr. Klein was born and raised in Miami, Florida. His father, Harvey R. Klein, moved to Ocala in 1962 and he joined his father in the full time practice of law in 1976. He and his father practiced together for over twenty-six years until his father’s death in 2003. Mr. Klein's civic involvement includes service on the Board of Directors of the United Way, Junior Achievement, Munroe Hospital Foundation, Ocala Airport Advisory Board and Heart of Florida Health Center, Inc., to name a few. He is a past president of the Marion County Bar Association. Mr. Klein has been married to his wife, Susie, for seventeen years. He and his wife have three daughters, Lilly, Laura and Julia.
