About Heather Smith
Heather Smith joined the firm in June 2024 as an Associate Attorney. Before joining the firm, Heather had her law practice for over 10 years, specializing in Probate and Estate Planning. Heather graduated from Boston College in 1999 with a Bachelor of Arts in English and from the College of William and Mary School of Law in 2002 with a Juris Doctor. Heather was admitted to practice in Florida in 2002. Heather has served on the Vestry of St. Simon, the Cyrenian Episcopal Church in Fort Pierce. She participated in Leadership St. Lucie, Class 25, and The Florida Bar Leadership Academy, Class 2. She enjoys reading, traveling with her husband and two sons, and letting the Buffalo Bills break her heart yearly.
