Jaime Andres Babilonia, Esq.

'Born in Puerto Rico, attorney Jaime A. Babilonia is bilingual. He obtained his Master of Laws from the University of Miami School of Law (2025), where he successfully completed immigration law courses offered by Professors Ira Kurzban, David Thronson and Rebecca Sanchez Roig. He obtained his Juris Doctor from the Inter-American University School of Law in San Juan, PR (2019), and obtained his bachelor’s degree from the University of the Sacred Heart in San Juan, PR (2014). During his law school years, he participated in several student organizations such as the Federal Bar Association (FBA) and the National Law Students Association (ANED). In 2018 Attorney Jaime traveled to Colombia to participate in several conferences offered by the University of Medellin Faculty of Law. In September 2021 he passed the bar exam and was admitted to the legal profession. Currently he works as an immigration attorney, representing clients before the immigration court (EOIR), the United States Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS), and before the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE). His experience has helped him obtain relief for his clients, avoiding deportation and successfully defending asylum claims. He has helped eligible clients obtain American citizenship.'
