James P.E. Roen

James P.E. Roen has an AV Martindale-Hubbell peer review rating which is based upon his legal ability and professional ethics. Mr. Roen focuses his practice in the area of Complex Commercial Litigation at the state and federal levels. He has extensive experience in Commercial, Real Estate and Business Litigation as well as the Uniform Commercial Code and Contract Litigation. Prior to becoming an attorney, Mr. Roen had 15 years experience in real estate in the areas of commercial, industrial, retail, and office sales and leasing. Mr. Roen earned a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation, making him a recognized expert in the disciplines of commercial and investment real estate. He also earned the SIOR (Society of Industrial Office Realtors) designation in the area of office and industrial real estate development, sales and leasing. He is a former President of the Coral Gables Bar Association, and currently sits on the Board of Directors. Mr. Roen is also a prior Chairman of the Grievance Committee of the Eleventh Judicial Circuit of The Florida Bar, a member of the Benefits Committee of the Florida Bar and a member of the Coral Gables Rotary Club.
