James W. McQuade

James W. McQuade focuses his area of practice on complex litigation including commercial law, foreclosure defense, and landlord/tenant disputes. James graduated from the University of Denver College of Law in 2005. He then moved to Florida and earned his LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Estate Planning at the University of Miami in 2005. James earned his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of Colorado in 2001. James is admitted to practice law in both Florida and Colorado. Prior to joining the Law Office of Kevin F. Jursinski & Associates, James worked in Key West, Florida as an associate attorney with an emphasis in litigation having worked in criminal defense and was a Special Assistant Public Defender for juveniles. Additionally, James concentrated in the area of Estate Planning and Probate.
