During law school, Jason was retained as a computer crime investigator by Roy Black's firm Black, Srebnick, Kornspan and Stumpf to investigate and defeat an allegation of cybercrime by another attorney. After their client was acquitted, he was hired as an associate and worked on both civil and criminal high profile cases. During the 6 years following his work with Roy Black, Jason Turchin worked at Bernstein and Maryanoff where he handled personal injury, accident and wrongful death cases. As a victim's rights advocate, Jason carved out a niche handling civil DUI cases on behalf of accident victims, and representing victims of molestation, rape and murder in civil claims.
