Jay Hershoff Esq.

Jay Hershoff is one of the premier lawyers in Southeast Florida. A graduate of Villanova University with a B.S. in Economics and the University of Miami Law School where he received his Juris Doctorate Degree, he practiced in Dade County for more than 23 years before coming to the Keys full-time in 1992. He practices in Family Law which includes Divorce, Child Custody, Alimony and Child Support. He also practices Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Civil Litigation. Besides practicing law, Mr. Hershoff donates his time as the elected Chairman of the Board of Mariners Hospital. He is also on the Board of Trustees of Baptist Health South Florida. He is a member of Leadership Monroe County; member of the Upper Keys Advisory Board of 1st State Bank, as well as a past director and vice-chairman of the Upper Keys Bar Association.
