Jennifer H. Milne

Jennifer H. Milne is the founder and owner of South Florida Legal Rescue. Licensed since 1999, she received her law degree from the University of Hawaii's William H. Richardson School of Law and worked with a Martindale Hubbell rated family law firm which focused on a wide array of marital and family law issues. She has also worked for the University of California system where she served on a research ethics committee. Her husband's custody battle which involved severe parental alienation, served as the primary motivation for her return to law. The fight to regain timesharing with her stepson has distinctively shaped Ms. Milne's legal approach. She has worked with the Palm Beach County Guardian Ad Litem program and has served as a domestic violence volunteer.
