Jessica Orenstein was born and raised in Hollywood, Florida. She earned her undergraduate degree in sociology at the University of Florida and her law degree from FSU College of Law. Jessica Orenstein has first-hand experience handling a significant number of premises liability, auto accident, construction defect, trucking, products liability, and first/third party insurance coverage cases from both the plaintiff and defense sides. She currently focuses on representing injured people against large corporations in premises cases.
