John Golding

John Golding is a seasoned Trial Attorney with more than 25 years of courtroom experience arguing cases involving automobile, motorcycle and boating negligence, defective products and hazardous conditions. Having ridden motorcycles since age 10, and having operated boats since his teens, John understands the dynamics and mechanics of automobile, motorcycle and boating accidents. He possesses the experience and knowledge necessary to evaluate product crashworthiness, to assess driver/operator error, and to maximize the recovery for victims of roadway, off-road and waterway negligence. BACKGROUND John grew up in Southwest Virginia, graduated cum laude from Bluefield State College in 1983, and obtained his law degree from the University of Louisville in 1986. Upon graduation, John's love for the water prompted him to move to Tampa. Shortly thereafter, John began devoting his practice to exclusively personal injury matters. He is a veteran trial lawyer who has established a reputation for skilled advocacy. John is licensed to practice throughout Florida State and Federal Courts, and the US Supreme Court.
