John R. Ginn J.D., Of Counsel

Please Note: As of June 2020, John spends the majority of his time working with Parable, LLC, an affiliated wealth management company, but remains of-counsel to advise clients of Ginn & Patrou, PA, on a limited basis. As such, as a client you should not assume that John R Ginn is acting as your attorney, unless Mr. Ginn has agreed to act as legal counsel in writing. On behalf of Parable Wealth Advisors, John R. Ginn serves as a private wealth management advisor to high-net-worth individuals, their families, and their businesses. With a background in law and estate planning, John is able to give clients a unique perspective on the integration of their wealth management, estate planning, and asset protection. John was first introduced to investing by his grandfather at a young age where they would frequently watch stock prices scroll across the tv screen and discuss his grandfather’s investments, building a fundamental understanding of investing at a young age. From there, John obtained a law degree from the Washington College of Law at American University and studied Finance and Accounting at the London School of Economics. After formal education, John eventually co-founded the law firm Ginn & Patrou, PA, which focuses its practice in the areas of estate planning, asset protection, and real estate. After five years in private practice for Ginn & Patrou, PA, John continued to pursue his zeal for investing and co-founded the affiliated Registered Investment Advisory firm (RIA) Parable Wealth Advisors. As an investment professional, John strives to be a faithful steward of all that is entrusted to him by his clients and their families. Philanthropy & Community Involvement: John is a true local with his family having lived in the area for five generations. - John is an active member of the Saint Augustine Sunrise Rotary Club - John serves as a board member for the YMCA and the Hope for Haiti Foundation. - John serves as a Deacon with Anastasia Baptist Church.
