Jonathan D. Wald

Jonathan D. Wald is the lead attorney at The Law Office of Jonathan D. Wald, P.A. located in West Palm Beach, Florida. We provide the highest quality yet affordable representation to clients involved in Marital and Family Law disputes (divorce, child custody/timesharing/support, valuation and distribution of assets, alimony, domestic violence, prenuptial and postnuptial agreements). We also provide representation for criminal defense and estate planning (wills, trusts, healthcare directives, etc.). Mr. Wald graduated from Nova Southeastern University Law School and received his Juris Doctor (JD) degree, with honors, in 1999. While in law school, Mr. Wald represented Nova Law School in several national trial advocacy competitions. During his last semester Mr. Wald was certified by the Supreme Court of Florida as a Certified Legal Intern (CLI) and prosecuted cased for the Office of the State Attorney, 15th Judicial Circuit, Palm Beach County, Florida, including numerous jury trials in various areas of criminal law. At graduation, Mr. Wald received special awards and recognition for excellence in the area of trial advocacy. After Graduation Mr. Wald accepted a position with a state wide law firm representing employers, insurance companies and claims administrators in defense litigation including personal injury, workers’ compensation, FMLA (Family Medical Leave Act), ADA (Americans With Disabilities Act) and other State and Federal employment law issues. Mr. Wald later joined the law firm of Stuart R. Manoff & Associates handling exclusively Marital and Family cases including divorce, child custody/support, distribution of assets and debts, alimony, domestic violence and related legal matters. In 2008, in effort to provide clients with more personal and affordable representation, Mr. Wald opened his own firm, The Law Office of Jonathan D.
