Joshua D. Molandes

Mr. Molandes runs the South-Florida Premises Liability Department at the Fort Myers, Florida office of Morgan & Morgan, P.A. His practice consists of representing the people against negligent property owners who fail to take responsibility for the dangerous conditions on their premises. This includes slip and falls, trip and falls, dog bites, and other causes of action. Mr. Molandes and his family are originally from East Texas. There, he received his Bachelor of Science Degree, summa cum laude, in molecular genetics from Stephen F. Austin State University. Thereafter, he attended Ave Maria School of Law in Naples, Florida and graduated in the top three of his class. He is a husband of over ten years and has four wonderful children.
