Katy Nadira

Katy Nadira practices exclusively in the area of real estate and business transactions. Her practice involves both commercial and residential real estate where she drafts real estate contracts, negotiates lease agreements, facilitates property acquisitions, and advises clients on various transactional matters, including asset and share purchases. Katy also handles corporate formations and assists in structuring business transactions for her clients. Katy is a graduate of Cumberland School of Law, where she was awarded the Women’s Section of the Birmingham Bar Award for her dedicated work in championing female leadership and mentoring aspiring female lawyers. While in law school, she served as law clerk to the honorable Hope Thai Cannon, Magistrate Judge of the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of Florida. She then went on to study abroad in Cambridge, England where she focused her studies on the English Legal System and the European Union. She graduated summa cum laude from the University of West Florida with an undergraduate degree in legal studies and a minor in criminal justice. She was very involved in the legal studies program as a Phi Alpha Delta member and wrote her legal thesis on Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 where she explored employment discrimination for small businesses.
