Keith William Weidner

Keith Weidner is a co-founder and partner in Taylor, Warren, Weidner, Hancock & Barnes, located in Pensacola, Florida. He devotes his practice primarily to personal injury litigation, representing plaintiffs throughout Florida who have been harmed by the negligent acts or omissions of others. Mr. Weidner also handles general civil litigation matters, including those arising out of commercial transactions, will contests, police misconduct and insurance coverage disputes. Highly regarded by his peers, he has been awarded an AV Preeminent* rating by Martindale-Hubbell and a "Superb" rating from Avvo, the online legal directory and forum. After serving four years as a noncommissioned officer in the U.S. Marine Corps, Mr. Weidner attended the University of Florida, where he earned a Bachelor of Arts with honors in 2000 and was selected to be a member of the national honor society Phi Kappa Phi. He then went to the University of Florida Levin College of Law and was awarded his J.D. in 2003. Admitted to practice in Florida, Mr. Weidner is also admitted to practice before the U.S. District Courts for the Northern and Southern Districts of Florida and the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 11th Circuit. A lecturer on litigation matters at continuing education seminars, Mr. Weidner stays abreast of current developments in his field through his participation in professional organizations. He is an active member of the Escambia-Santa Rosa County Bar Association and has previously served in various capacities as a member of the Florida Justice Association, the American Association for Justice and the National Association of Consumer Advocates.
