Kenneth P. Abele

Ken Abele is a shareholder with the firm and licensed to practice in Florida and Georgia. He has experience in a wide range of legal matters, including personal injury/wrongful death, collection matters, securities litigation, state licensure defense, product liability litigation, and landlord tenant issues, among others. He manages litigation in Florida and Georgia involving consumer collections for Capital City Bank, a regional bank with over seventy banking offices. Additionally, Ken has represented a number of individuals involved in securities litigation, both on the defense and plaintiff sides. He has also provided product liability defense to several national appliance manufacturers throughout the State of Florida.
