Kevin Forsthoefel is an associate with the firm and practices in the areas of commercial litigation and bankruptcy. While in law school, Kevin was a member of both the Florida State Business Review and the Florida State Law Review where he served as an Article Selection Editor. Kevin also worked as a judicial extern for the Honorable Gregory A. Presnell of the Middle District of Florida in Orlando. Prior to law school, Kevin earned a Masters in Applied American Politics and Policy which provided him the opportunity to work on campaigns at both the local and federal level.
