Kevin C. Smith

Kevin Smith practices in the areas of medical malpractice, personal injury and wrongful death litigation. He is a Florida Bar Board certified civil trial attorney, which is the highest level of recognition of an attorney's competency and experience. Before joining Lytal, Reiter, Smith, Ivey & Fronrath in 1993, Kevin worked for a medical malpractice defense firm. Now working exclusively on the other side of medical malpractice claims, Mr. Smith has assisted hundreds of victims obtain the compensation they deserve for their injuries.
