Lauren M. Epstein

Lauren M. Epstein is a partner in the firm's Washington DC office. With almost a decade of experience providing U.S. immigration representation and advice to corporate leaders, key personnel, entrepreneurs, and business visitors, she has assisted clients across various industries including financial services, IT, entertainment, chemicals and telecommunications. Ms. Epstein has worked with clients of all sizes, from multinational conglomerates to cutting-edge technology start-ups and entrepreneurs. She has extensive experience with all major employment-based nonimmigrant and immigrant visa categories including H-1B, L-1, TN, E-2, E-3, O-1, EB-1A, EB-1C, PERM, I-140 and adjustment of status, as well as family-based immigration, naturalization, and asylum. In addition, Ms. Epstein is proficient in managing all aspects of the immigration process, including filings with U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services and visa applications submitted to the Bureau of Consular Affairs within the U.S. Department of State.
