Leonardo J. “Leo” Guerra

Leo Guerra is a litigation attorney focusing on civil and criminal matters, including commercial disputes, creditor and debt collection litigation, and business-related enforcement actions. He represents businesses and individuals in contested matters involving breach of contract, collection and enforcement proceedings, and related litigation, bringing a practical, results-oriented approach to every case. Leo’s practice emphasizes disciplined litigation strategy, efficient motion practice, and clear client communication. His experience spans all phases of litigation, from pre-suit analysis and pleadings through discovery, hearings, and trial-level resolution. He also brings prior experience from a corporate environment, which informs a business-minded approach to litigation strategy, risk assessment, and case management.
