Linda I. Braithwaite Esq.

Linda I. Braithwaite focuses her practice on representing clients in Trinity, throughout West Florida, and statewide in complex family law disputes, including divorce, child custody, equitable distribution, step-parent adoptions, dependency and support matters, as well as assisting in the formation of prenuptial agreements and domestic partnerships. In addition, she is a Supreme Court Certified Family Mediator and is trained in Collaborative Family Practice. In the collaborative family law process, the parties to a divorce agree to avoid litigation and resolve all issues through peaceful negotiation and a truly respectful approach. Ms. Braithwaite is a Specialist in Marital Law and Family Law, as certified by the Florida Board of Legal Specialization as an expert in the area of Family Law.
