Lukas Dominic Goettke

Lukas is a civil litigation attorney focusing on matters involving personal injury, professional liability, premises liability, and insurance defense. Mr. Goettke earned his undergraduate degree in Political Economics from Antioch College in Yellow Springs, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in 2020. Prior to joining St. Denis & Davey, Mr. Goettke worked at Carr Allison P.A. and Cole, Scott & Kissane P.A. specializing in Personal Injury Protection (PIP), personal injury, premises liability, and insurance defense matters. While in law school, Mr. Goettke worked as an editor for the Journal of Intellectual Property Law, focusing his research on novel ways to protect against AI appropriation of likenesses. He also worked extensively with the Prosecution Clinic as a student prosecutor in Rockdale County, GA.
