Marcia Sampson

Marcia Sampson is a Premise Liability attorney in Morgan & Morgan's Orlando office. Marcia earned her Juris Doctorate from The Florida State University College of Law in 2017. During law school, she interned for the Public Defender's Office in the Second Judicial Circuit and also gained experience as a clerk for the Office of Financial Regulation in their Banking Division. Prior to joining Morgan & Morgan, Marcia was an Assistant Public Defender for the Ninth Judicial Circuit in and for Orange and Osceola counties, where she represented those accused of crimes who could not afford to retain legal representation. Marcia handled clients' matters from initial arrest through jury verdict. Outside of the office, Marcia enjoys spending time outdoors with her Labrador Retriever, Kiki.
