Marcus G. Mahfood

Mr. Mahfood joined Kubicki Draper's Miami office in 2012. He graduated from Boston University's College of Communication in 2004 and the St. Thomas University School of Law in 2007. Mr. Mahfood is an experienced federal court litigator specializing in the areas of Admiralty and Maritime law and insurance coverage litigation. His practice includes handling a wide variety of marine insurance claims, yacht and small recreational boat matters, personal injury and wrongful death claims, products liability cases, crew and passenger claims, salvage, boat fires, and claims falling under the Limitation of Liability Act. In addition, Mr. Mahfood also defends automobile insurers in first party coverage matters, third party liability claims, uninsured motorist claims, electronic signature challenges and bad faith claims.
